Basic and comfortable room

Really close to the harbour and attractions and lots of food places. Basic room, there are three bathrooms in the hallway, one unisex with toilet and sink and separate male and female with 3 shower stalls and 2 toilets. Unfortunately the door pin didn't work that day and so you had to knock on the door till someone inside opened it. There was a key in the morning to open it, but no pin.

A very good hostel with all the hostel facilities available. I arrived rather late, checked out early for the ferry to Santorini, so I did not have the opportunity to see much of the hostel. But what I did see was good.

Good location, near to the central area. The hostel is very nice and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the people running the place are very helpful in answering any questions you have! Only small issue is that the blankets were a little thin and it can get quite cold in the night in winter, but apart from that everything was great

The Bunks are set up real well with a curtain covering the side, a small shelf to store your phone and a power point for charging. Kitchen is well set up. Rooftop is a great spot to chill and hang out Close to Bakeries, Cafes, Supermarkets, Public transport

Very convenient place to stay at. 20 mins walk from the port. 5 min walk to City centre. 6 bed Rooms was spacious and toilets were clean. Got the homely feeling.

A great choice in a convenient part of the city

The staff was friendly and helpful, they spaces are clean and the common areas tidy. Wifi works well, there are plugs at each bed (amazing! no more taking turns to charge the phone!), each bed has a curtain to be able to isolate yourself when you want, and there are extra toilets beyond the main bathroom hall, which means there's no waiting line. The hostel is located only a minute's walk from the bus stop to the University, a kiosk that stays open until very late at night, a bakery and a bank, and is maybe a 4-minute walk to very nice tavernas. Great value.

Easy walk to downtown Heraklion, but I don't suggest renting a car to drive to it as parking is limited or not free. Location is really good, the beds are alright and they have a privacy curtain. There are lockers under the beds which is nice. The showers were pretty typical but clean. Good place to stay for the cost.
