Great for a late arrival (or early departure) at the airport. 24/7 access. Clean facilities with easy, simple instructions. Also close to the airport. Our hire car company had already closed when we landed, due to our flight being delayed. This was a short taxi ride and I got the bus back in the morning to collect our hire car. So glad we booked this for one night rather than needing to do the 2 hour trip to our hotel at 2am with no hire car.

Excellent choice for a night in Heraklion near the central bus station, only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. Easy access once the property provides the access codes. You have to ask for the codes. The hotel does not provide otherwise. Easy communication by WhatsApp. Room was clean and comfortable. Private bathroom small but fine. Shower very small. Recommend for a short stay.

This is from my personal perspective vs. What was shown on the reviews. Yes, there may be some improvements such as the broken toilet seat and some minor improvements. But... understand this. As tourist, we cant expect the most pristine conditions. Such as US hotels examples. But understand this... as tourist we have to understand the community we are walking towards. The hospitality is already expressed enough. There's AC. There's a fridge. There's a bed. If you stay and appreciate the atmosphere and able to have no issues.... then why such a low rating. I feel this hotels needs more support. As I am thankful for the help from the management team making our stay so well. The hospitality and love is well seen. As well as care. Everyone here is working hard to make everyone's stay a comfortable stay. Thank you for the stay!! And I would stay here again, for the cost and able to comfortably sleep and enjoy my day as always.

Bra och billigt mellan flygplats och båthamn. Duschen var så liten att jag valde att inte duscha. Sladdar hängde ner och gjorde så att man inte kunde öppna dörren. Hiss en våning upp, så man fick bära upp dit.

L'hôtel est vetuste mais propre. Par exemple dans le hall on voit un tableau electrique defait et dans la chambre une prise telephone cassée. La chambre est simple, mais la literie est bien. La salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle. Les serviettes et les accessoires de toilettes sont bien. On entend fort les avions qui passent. Les echanges dématérialisés ont ete efficace et rapide. Proximite du bus qui relie a laeroport ( ligne 1) et a 7 minutes a pied d'un resto de pitas/gyros. Bref pour une nuit, a petit prix cetait pas mal.
