"The apartment itself is a decent property close to the centre of Saarbruecken, with access to nice restaurants and shopping. However, the owner/management didn't notify me that there was a problem with the water supply and a planned cut off in the morning hours (08:00-12:00). Later we found that there was a notice in the lift in German language, which didn't help us non-German tourists a great deal. They could have been honest and upfront so that we could have planned the day better. Also, the listing says Parking available, but you have to pay parking charge per night separately.
