"My room was clean. However there was stains on my pillows! The next day before we left for an outing, we put a do not disturb sign on the door. We came back hours later to my bed in the room being stripped down completely. The blankets and pillows was on the floor tossed around. They stole my flowers my husband brought me and my charger. Never took out any trash. Just completely ruined my room. I had to notify the front desk and she came and made the bed because house keeping wasn’t in the building at the time! I feel that was nice of her but it wasn’t her job to have to do all that. So the experience we had was okay overall but I won’t go back there! "

"Did not use their Wi-Fi, staff all very friendly and accommodating, and did not use laundry facilities. Breakfast offering is very good, and coffee available 24/7 which is nice. Rooms are clean and can always get extra towels, and mini fridge and microwave are a big plus for me."

"The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a two-night stay and arrived at 2 AM after a 7-hour drive with my wife, expecting to finally get some rest. Unfortunately, the room was in unacceptable condition. There was a strong mold smell throughout the room. We found hair on the bed and even on one of the bath towels. The other towel had yellow stains, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to even take a shower. We ended up covering the bed with our own clothes just to be able to rest for a few hours after such a long drive. The next morning, we decided to book another hotel for the second night. When I spoke to the receptionist and requested a refund for the unused night, he showed no concern, didn’t apologize, and refused to help. His attitude made the situation even worse. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel."
