"The staff is so helpful and works so hard to ensure everyone is having a good stay. The hotel and location are gorgeous. The meals at 1902 and Stickney’s were fantastic. The snow conditions were fantastic in advance of our trip and skiing was a hit. The shuttle bus made travel back and forth to the mountain incredibly easy. Our large party also had some family members try snow-shoeing, cross-country skiing and visit the indoor pool. We hope to return again in future years and try the outdoor pool then. "

"This was like home away from home. The room had many windows, very clean and the hotel itself was very welcoming. The best breakfast. I would highly recommend as it was perfect and not to mention centrally located, lots of places to ear nearby."

"Im a fan of the classic old hotels like the Greenbrier Grove Park Inn, etc. This property is similar but doesnt measure up. Also i booked a townehome which was 5 minutes from hotel but did have access to all the amenities. Heat did not function well and when we woke up on the last day it was 64 degrees in the house. As far as the people who worked there they were all polite and professional. "
