Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville - Music City Center
10/10 Excellent
"This property was great in so many ways, walkable to downtown, close to other places to eat/ shop/ Whole Foods, very clean, GREAT staff and service, great parking, felt very safe for our family and our car, great price, very clean pool. Just an all around great stay! I would definetly stay here again."
"The receptionist was not very friendly. However, the staff was friendly. The taxes + property tax + parking fees add up to the real price you pay for the night's stay."
"Nice hotel from the front. Hard to figure out how to park. Waited twice for the valet to come and finally gave up. Parked across the street. Still $68 overnight to park. Went into the parking garage right next to the hotel just lucky that the attendant was there to allow us free exit for not being in the right place. I wouldn’t leave your luggage there because they don’t lock the door and leave it propped open. Be very aware of your safety. We got in around 1:15 am as we came off the elevator a very disheveled man was laying on the couch. We called the desk to notify them. No one seemed to know anything about the parking aspect of the hotel? The restaurant looked nice but the hotel seems to be an afterthought. No one is monitoring the inside doors where the valet is. Nice night fellow at check out. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. Definitely not Hilton quality"
"While the staff at the hotel, Bar Lines, and the Bongo Cafe were excellent and friendly, I slept terribly because the bed was so incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Let's face it, when you can't get a good night's sleep, it is a very early and miserable start to the morning. Thank goodness for excellent coffee at Bongo! Unless they replace the beds at Omni, I would not stay here again."
