"ohhhh This Hotel was so much better than our last one! My husband and I got to Spring Hill, FL and this hotel was amazing! The night clerk was Ryan, and found out he was the manager. The crew were super nice the entire time! The room was just gorgeous! Lots of space, the TV works, bigger bathroom – took time to figure out how to turn off the shower knob, but my husband, Chuck, figured it out. Ryan was super helpful with food recommendations, too. Love the chez chairs and loved that there was an elevator. There was a small fridge but the freezer was big enough for the ice packs. And two sinks! Perfect for the both of us! I enjoyed the free parking for the hotel and it was easy to get to from our friend's house. Would definitely recommend this hotel in the future."

"I had a medical procedure being done at the hospital in Trinity so we decided to stay here instead of getting up super early and driving down. We met Kevin who checked us in and he was absolutely amazing. We ended up staying a second night after having my procedure done and Kevin took great care of us. We truly appreciated his kindness as well as making sure we were taken care of. The rooms were very clean and we had absolutely no issues. We will definitely be back when I have my second procedure done and are hoping we will see Kevin again. We truly appreciate everything about this visit. Mike and Leslie."
