"The entire experience was amazing. From the greeting, check-in, restaurant (should get its Michelin star), the pool and room. Service is over the top and the atmosphere unique. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Ávila. "

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Ávila. Comfy bed and the room had great A/C which was needed in the heat. The staff we met were all very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good for setting us up for the day. We parked in a car park just outside the city walls about a five minute walk from the hotel. Would recommend if staying in Ávila."

"The place was clean and safe as well as the area. They allowed me to leave my luggage. WiFi worked great. The provided towels, shampoo and body gel. Bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if it had AC, I did see a heater. Since I didn’t need AC I didn’t look for it. Many of the things to see are within short distance. "
