"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. "Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Easy access to Cango Caves and Meerkat experience. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Welcome drink and warm welcome on arrival. The only minor issue we had was that we noticed quite a few ants in our bedroom in the morning. We would still recommend this place to others."
