Overall everything was fine and as expected. We did have a clogged toilet and I was surprised i was just handed a plunger by the front desk clerk to take care of it myself. I've had this happen in the past and maintenance took care of it. Not a big deal, just surprised.

Check in was easy agent was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean bed was comfortable the only complaint was that the toilet is very low to the floor and with bad knees it was difficult.
