"Friendly staff. Solo tourist to Kirkenes for a few days. Absolutely excellent location for attractions in area. Many in walking distance. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are small but that's Europe. Parking is free, right next to hotel, and had no issues."

"We loved the Snow hotel. Everything about it! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We stayed in cabin 10 and had a really nice view of the Fjord. I loved sitting by the window at day or night. The room was clean and very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant - breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was upscale and delicious. I also did the king crab safari and it was outstanding. The guides were very knowledgeable and funny. We feasted on the crab and it was delicious! We also went on the northern lights hunting. We saw them right at the hotel one evening! The first night we did not see them, but the guide was so interesting and engaging and tried so hard! He did take us to the Russian border. The 2nd night of lights hunting was spectacular! We even saw the Northern lights dance! The snow hotel itself was fun! We went to the bar for a drink - in an ice glass no less. Just loved this resort and so grateful to have spent some time there - with the huskies too!"
