"Was not quite what I expected. Located literally in a mountain pass with traffic driving past. The room doesnt have a fridge. It has a cooler but what good is that if you want to pack some items of your own to stay properly cold. You are given a kitchen sink in your room. A microwave would also be a good option. For what you pay to stay, it is not worth it. The restaurant has a limited menu. The location is remote and far from any shops. There is a Spar in Citrusdal, a 10 minute drive away.
We stayed almost a week. Asked housekeeping to change our pillow cases once. They did not do this. This was the only request from housekeeping.
The Spa is excellent and privately owned. That made up for the disappointment in the hotel."
