We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"The apartment was very clean, except the toilet, which looked like only the seat had been wiped and the rest not touched in a while, and the shower could use a little maintenance to make look cleaner. "The hosts were extremely helpful and greeted us even when we arrived late at night. Pur apartment was on the ground floor, so it was not hot, and it has a pretty yard to chill with table and a couch. Its a bit up on the hill, and the lake is about 10-15min walk. The condition is pretty basic, but still, it was confortable to sleep. And it had everything we needed for cooking. "
