"We were on the 3rd floor & the ice machine was out of order. We had to go down to lower level to get any. THATS RIDICULOUS considering prices. We were very surprised as we ALWAYS use LaQuinta everywhere we travel & we see it’s an older hotel, but they can still make sure room is equipped properly. Our kitchen had dishes but no silverware. We had to buy some for our room. Thx"
