"Room was clean and secure, bathroom was small but clean and functional, Parking was adequate, Access to the room and office required different stairs. Fridge had to be unplugged to quiet compressor, anyone moving upstairs of me was loud and clear."

"Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Exactly what we were looking for in a hotel for this trip. There is a Tim Hortons conveniently located beside the hotel for breakfast."

"The room we stayed in had a leak in the window. It started raining shortly after we arrived and had to use most of the towels to soak up the water dripping in on the windowsill. Breakfast was ok.. could have a touch more variety. The beds were comfortable"

"sofa bed was totally fecked. i don't know if there was a 500 lbs person or a ganbang on it, but the thing was destroyed and i had a sore neck and back from the broken springs and torn canvas making it very un flat. i complained to staff, she said she'd let maintenance department know. other than that place was ok. breakfast selection and quality was not bad."

"The hallways smelled like they were damp and musty. The room walls are paper thin so if you want to hear your neighbours entire conversation then this is a great location. Staff was excellent. There was a cat convention (which we were unaware of prior to) and had to listen to cats meowing from our neighbour for HOURS! When I went to the front desk, they found us a new room for our other night. Even though the staff was great, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future. "

"Breakfast needs a change up. Maybe waffles one day, pancakes the next. Omelets one day and scrambled the next. Lobby TV would be nice. Overall a nice hotel. "

"We use this hotel when the family needs a little break from the day to day and the kids would benefit from some pool time. Its located within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Love the view of river which you can enjoy from the hotel and walking path. The pool area needs some tlc and you can tell the property has been here for a long time. With that said, our room has always been clean and the staff at the front desk are kind and helpful."
