"The room we were given had mold, gnats, smelled of mildew, had blueberries and was dirty. The elevator worked to get us to the second floor but did not work to get us back down to the lobby. We shared this with the front desk and she was dismissive, and did not seem to care. We did get a new room but would not issue a refund as we paid through a third party (hotels.com) my husband and I woke up congested and I still have a terrible headache. "

"Hotel Stinks so bad and they wouldn’t give me a refund so me and my father had to sleep in my pickup cause we couldn’t afford another room. We tried 3 rooms in hotel and they stunk from either smoke or musty smell. It was awful sheets stunk as well"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like smelly rooms. I booked 2 rooms here. Upon arrival seemed like a nice hotel but once I got into hall ways you could smell something not right. Go into the first room smelled like straight smoke. Went back down to desk lady was very nice to get me another room. Went to my 2nd room smelled better got comfortable turned on the AC and bam the dang musty smell is horrible. My father stayed in the other room and he called me about 130am saying he couldn’t sleep because of the odor I was like I know same situation over here. I booked through Expedia asking for a refund so I could go stay at another hotel. They proceeded to tell me they had to contact the hotel for a refund. Hotel said the manager would have to make that decision and that they wouldn’t be back on the property until Monday morning and I was staying here on a Friday night so I’m screwed on getting a refund. I don’t have that kind of money where I can just spend 600 a night on rooms. The hotel said they would give me another room but the rooms all have a stinky smell to them. Even the sheets stink with a musty smell on them. I just wanted my refund so I could go find another hotel but they wouldn’t do that so I’m stuck in this nasty smell can’t sleep. Me and my father are gonna go sleep in a pickup cause the smell is so awful. So people beware of this hotel. I would highly recommend walking up to room and turn on the AC or heat and make sure everything is ok"

"The couch in my room had a big dip in it and it was very hard to get out of the hotel was clean, but it needed a lot of TLC. I asked when I got to the front desk if I could get a hotel room close to the main lobby or the elevator if we had to go on another floor and she told me no that my room was down by the exit door."
