Very friendly and quaint hotel. Mundo the owner met us and wished us a good stayLoved the tequila bottles and the tequila. Will stay here next time in Parral.

Viejo Mundo Hotel
It was a great experience. It was close to everything, we were surprised with welcoming drinks! The place was clean and secure. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The parking was very convenient since this hotel is located in the downtown area. Just keep in mind that the rooms are located in the second floor and you will need to use the stairs. If you need help with your luggage the staff will help you. We loved the hotel and we will came back for sure.

Cozy and Centrally Located
Very cute hotel above a mostly quiet restaurant, in the middle of downtown. Relaxed and attentive staff, good hot and consistent hot water in the shower, cute terrace type scene outside of the room. Private, secure parking for my car. Would definitely recommend.

Nice building, but needs to improve the noise at the front rooms. You can listen everything from street. And also they did not respect the reservation.

Las instalaciones se ven viejas y muy deterioradas, sin mantenimiento, las camas viejas rechinan, las sábanas llenas de cabellos, las toallas grises de percudidas. En fin, una mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Viaje familiar muy placentero por Parral
Un lugar muy cómodo y agradable céntrico y muy amable todo su personal existe música en vivo restaurante disponible a la carta el tipo de lugar es típico al centro de una comunidad que refleja un lugar re montado a casa con todos los servicios con toda la atención todo muy limpio y cuenta con una gran cantidad de botellas de tequila de varias épocas hace mucho incapie a un estilo colonial agradable.

Excelente servicio del personal. El hotel es Pequeño y para nada es ambiente familiar, pues en las noches hay mucho ruido en otras habitaciones lo que lo hace incómodo y molesto. Sugiero pongan un poco de control por las noches.

El hotel es una casona en el centro de Parral bien rehabilitada. Hay que entender que no fue construida para ser hotel por lo cual carece de algunos detalles que un hotel de diseño pudiera tener. El restaurante ofrece comida típica de la región de bastante buena calidad.

No me gusto
No me gusto. La habitacion nada que ver con la foto. Llegamos y nos llevaron a un cuarto fuera de el hotel, el cuarto muy sucio y con un olor a cañeria horrible que no pudimos dormir en toda la noche aparte de que se escuchaban muchos ruidos de carros. La regadera no fuincionaba.. totalmente desepcionada. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen..cenamos en el restaurante pedimos las costillas con el sabor muy feo como si no fuera carne de res, las papas bañadas en aceite y el filete empapelado muy feo sabor. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo

Buenas tardes. Lamentamos que su estancia no haya sido de su agrado. Siempre tratamos de atenderlos de la mejor manera y dar todo de nuestra parte para brindarles el Mejor servicio. Se les dieron cortesías. Desde su llegada comentamos lo de su habitación que la tercer noche tendríamos que cambiarlos por ocupación. prestándoles cama extra. Siempre hablamos con uds. también tuvimos quejas de ruidos y disturbios a las 2 de la mañana de parte de uds, quejándose de su habitación.

Poco descanso
Concepto muy bonito, muy colonial El precio de los alimentos fuera de proporción en relación a la calidad Los empleados empiezan muy temprano (7 de la mañana) a hacer limpieza y preparativos en el patio central haciendo mucho ruido, y como el hotel realmente es una casa antigua pues todo el ruido y platicas se escuchan en las habitaciones por lo que el descanso no es posible. La atención del personal es de primera, muy atentos y amables
