Everything was amazing ,including the staff Are room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel for families. We booked a grand family room for our family with two young kids. The hotel was fantastic, large room, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Having the separate bedroom was great so kids could sleep early in the room. Location is great only about 10 min walk to Namba station.

Breakfast is excellent. DQ across the street. Close to canal right in the middle of Dotombori. Many places to eat. The rooms are dated. Carpet flooring.

The room was quite small. The shower was connected to the sink, and for privacy you had to pull a curtain around both areas, which felt a bit awkward. It also lacked amenities that many hotels typically provide, such as face wash, lotion, and razors. I also want to mention that when I turned on the TV, the viewing history contained adult content. Since I had my child with me, this was concerning, although fortunately, nothing was seen. It would be a good idea for staff to clear the TV history between guests. The breakfast was just okay, with small portions and limited options. I would recommend this hotel for travelers without children. There is a decent bar and a DJ who performs in the evening.

Family room is big and beds are comfortable. 10 mins walk to Namba Park where you can find all shops and restaurants all the way to Dotonbori. Laundry is on 3rd floor whereas not within your unit. Very helpful Korean staffs.
