Spacious and clean room. Very close to the subway station and other amenities.
Front desk staff were kind and professional. Completed the forms for us to have our luggage sent to our next hotel. Definitely would stay here again. Check-in and check-out was quick and seamless.

The service was excellent. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-designed, and the shower was particularly impressive. My wife especially enjoyed the onsen facilities. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, offering a wide selection of both Western and Eastern dishes.
My only complaint is the gym, which lacked any resistance training equipment. Even a basic set of dumbbells up to 20–30 kg or a few kettlebells would be a significant improvement.

A clean spacious room with all amenities available for use. We took advantage of the washer dryer in one, that was a big plus! It felt very homey and I would 100% recommend this apartment-hotel. I would def book with them again. The staff was efficient with communicating. The location was right off the train station, also a big plus!
