"Hotel was clean and staff was great. Checked in late. Went to room, used the restroom and the toilet sounded weird. Next person used it and it would not flush with water staying high. Called front desk. He immediately apologized and offered a new room. By the time we had our stuff ready he was waiting outside our door with cards for new room which was an upgrade."

"It was a brief overnight. It seems like this place is very old outdated things were broken in the room and not fixed leaving items just laying out! When I checked in, it was great. The girl was very nice. When I checked out the guy couldn’t speak English very well and he didn’t understand some things I was saying and I surely didn’t understand everything he said."
