"While the room was clean and quiet, we found the staff to be very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Dress and appearance were almost grubby looking and they were not friendly or helpful at all. Breakfast is very poor and limited and on several occasions we had to go search for assistance as there is no one there to refill items or deal with issues. Girlfriend of one of the staff was hanging around and smoking right in front of the entrance doors.
The hotel just has zero professionalism - no uniforms for any staff, so you don't know if someone is an employee or guest! Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Will not stay here again."
