"Rooms were fine, bed and pillows were great. Carpet in the hall is stained, but this hotel was within my budget. Room was very clean. Did not realize the airport shuttle wasn't free, but again, this was a budget accomodation and for that, was just fine."

"Checked in at 2:50pm and given a room on the second floor. The room was clean and the TV worked well but doesn’t have many channels. The WiFi works well. A didnt like the fact the shower over the bath and the shower has poor water pressure. The air cooling system worked as not so hot outside in October The location is poor and very noisy and sadly the Tesco has closed near the hotel. There is a bus stop outside the hotel which is good. Overall it’s not bad value for money."

"Convenient to the London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3. However don't provide shuttle service but the bus stop is right out front of the hotel to the airport (although it was a little confusing understanding which bus to take from airport to hotel stop. Used it as a stayover for an early morning flight - but they also have a little bar in the lobby."
