"The property was clean and centrally located. Kitchenette was a bonus but really needed a coffee pot of some kind. I was also surprised there was no blanket on the bed except a sheet and a sheet like cover…. I was provided a blanket at the front desk when I asked for one. Lastly, no hair dryer either. I don’t know if it’s because it’s an extended stay type hotel but it would have been nice to have as I feel it’s pretty standard in most hotels."
"Our room was clean and comfortable. The focus on nature and the calm color palette created a restful time away from regular life. We loved the fire place for it's ambiance, and sitting on the balcony chatting and watching the river. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Our dining experience at Riva was excellent and so was the food."
"It was less expensive than others (but no breakfast). Had a marvelous coffee machine, but only in the morning. The bed was rather squeaky and pillows hard, but was OK. No place to lounge-room had a chair but no desk or table."
"Everything was great, staff was very accommodating when our travel plans had a riff in them! Thankful and will definitely stay again when back that way"

8/10 Good
"Room was clean and comfortable. The staff we encountered were friendly. We loved that there were many restaurants and a grocery store near by. Best part was the walking, running, biking path right out the back door."
"*Room was very clean.
*Staff was friendly and helpful. Although I was informed I had received an 'upgrade'. The upgrade was a room with a additional bedroom and bath. Since I was staying by myself it was a rather unless "upgrade"!
*I did not eat breakfast this trip but in the past it has been good.
*Parking can sometimes be tricky as there has always seemed to be many contractors(?), based on type of vehicles, who stay. Since they tend to have large, long, pickups, manuevering around in the parking area can be a challenge.
Overall a good stay as expected. Have stayed here several times in the past few years."
