"This review is specifically about the staff working valet parking morning of Sunday 5/17/2026. He had a very bad attitude and I seriously recommend some customer service training for him. I misplaced the valet ticket given to me the night before, in spite of the fact that my jeep was parked right in front of the hotel he refused to give me my keys. My last name and my room number was written on the tag on the keys but he just refused to open the key cabinet to look for my keys. He kept asking me over and over what my tag number was and I kept telling him that I did not know what it was so he simply said he couldn't help me. What was I supposed to do? Leave my car there and walk home? Very poor management. Will never stay there again."

"The rooms were clean, staff was extremely friendly and breakfast was good! Iwas served at 6 AM early enough to Eat before a full day of volleyball!"

"Our room was too noisy. Overlooking a highway and inadequate noise insulation."

"If you are new to the area parking garage will be kind of hard if you take a wrong turn. The room was clean and cold. Just one night staying there and the toilet chain had disconnected from the handle from inside and the shower handle came off as well lol 😂 but overall clean. Also the fridge was not on. Staff was very professional and chill. "

"The staff at the vale where real nice but everyone after that where okay. Didn’t feel like it was welcoming. Place was okay for the prices probably won’t be staying here again. Pool kinda sucks not like the picture."
