"It's a great place to stay for a night or two. I wish they would communicate that only vegetarian food is allowed in the property upfront. But it really is a lovely place. Also communications could be better. I had trouble getting in touch with the front desk assistant Sable while checking out and getting clean towels. Other than this, this is a great deal. Would recommend it to anybody else"

"A good value overall. One issue. Upon check-in, I noticed our television wasn’t working. I immediately emailed and they replied quickly, saying that it would be fixed the following morning. Upon returning from a day out, we had exactly one channel. It remained that way for the balance of the trip and they ignored polite requests for some nominal money back. "

"Great location in central Manhattan. Our room could have been cleaner and we found random dirt items including old contact lenses on the floor of our room suggesting the floors hadn’t been cleaned. There were also dirt markings all over the white walls and stains on table tops and the chair. Otherwise I would consider staying here again given the location, safety of the property, and price. "

"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. A couple of blocks away from SoHo, Bowery, LES and Nolita. Shopping, restaurants, bars, parks, bodegas, grocery stores were literally steps away.
