This place meets all our expectations we came when they had first bought the place, and we have periodically stopped by to check on renovation,, very nice to see people actually taking their profits and investing in their business they're doing a very GOOD job, THE PLACE IS COME A LONG WAY, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK WILL BE BACK, close to everything we wanted to do, thank you see you soon, LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST CRAZY MIKE

The walls were too thin. We could hear the person next to us talking and coughing all evening. It made for a restless sleep. Not recommended for families with kids. The room was clean, but amenities were minimal. A small coffee maker would have been great to have in the room. An okay place for the night.

Totally acceptable very affordable motel. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean & in working order. Property felt very safe, especially at night — VERY bright security lights! Convenient to downtown Franklin. Would absolutely stay there again.

The Colonial Inn has a reasonable rate, it's pet friendly for 25 dollars a, night non refundable, a 100 dollar deposit that takes up to 5 business days to refund, the TV programs weren't very good, and there was no TV channels listing in the room, when I ask about the wifi password I was given the wrong password, there is not even a small single serve coffee pot in the room but they do have coffee in the office, the shower was good with plenty of hot water, and the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and smelled good. All in all it wasn't a bad weekend stay, but some changes could be made to make it even better.

The WiFi was down, which sucked. We also had to ring the doorbell and wait several minutes outside to be checked in by the staff. The property itself is clean and quiet though, and given the price and location, overall I would recommend it
