"Amazing hotel, with cool a character, awesome bar and restaurant, spacious rooms and thoughtful extras, such as bath ropes, sleepers and candy. Our room was on the 11th floor, had shades and was quiet. Definitely will be coming back "

"The check‑in and check‑out parking situation is extremely difficult. The hotel sits on a one‑way street where both sides are already packed with parked cars, leaving almost no space to pull over temporarily. It’s one of the toughest parking conditions I’ve experienced—there’s simply nowhere to stop without blocking traffic. I really hope the hotel can improve this, as it makes arrival and departure far more stressful than they should be."

"Hotel overall was good for a quick stop. Little road noise from the far end of the building. Shower needs a good scrub down. The best part was the breakfast! It was great and had everything you need to start your day. "

"The staff was great. Someone was smoking in one of the rooms and it leaked into ours, but other than that, everything was great."

"Our room was organized and beds made but the room needs to be deep cleaned. The doors have splash marks on them, the shower had hair all over from previous guests and soap scum, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. We had to use cold water to wash our hands and brush our teeth. There was also pretzels on the floor from previous guest. The furniture is stained with black and brown marks from long time use and the surfaces like the handles to the furniture had prints and grease stains. "
