This is my 2nd time staying here. The rooms are huge and have a long sofa. It's very convenient to have a refrigerator in every room and microwave down the hall. The rooms are always very clean and quiet. There are several restaurants which have excellent food. Definitely I plan to come back here ...

Crowne Plaza Chicago Ohare Hotel & Conf Ctr by IHG
The room was nice, the staff was pleasant, attentive, and helpful. As a handicapped person the hotel has plenty of ramps.
