I didn’t like that my suite had a shower that left the bathroom floor like a swimming pool, there were markings all over the wall in the bed room, the ac/ heat was not working properly even after maintenance fixed it. It went back to not working. The motor on the electric blinds blew out they weren’t working so no privacy. The kitchen itensils need to be relaxed they have hard water stains all over them. Nice looking hotel. The breakfast was serving rancid yogurt. Everything else was ok.

Our room was so beautiful!
It was so big and spacious- we wished we had booked another night.
I left an expensive item. Called the property and spoke with Claire who was so helpful and kind. She made it so easy to have my things returned.
It was the best customer service I have ever had!
