Heruntergekommen “Villa”, bei Ankunft wurde abgestritten dass wir eine Reservierung über Expedia haben. Der Manager behauptet er würde nichtmehr mit Expedia zusammenarbeiten. Uns wurde ein Zimmer angeboten, deutlich teuer als das gebuchte. Wir mussten in bar zahlen. Später stellte ich fest, dass der gesamte Betrag bereits abgebucht worden war. Der Pool war völlig verdreckt, auf unserem Balkon war Hundedreck. Das Bad war nicht geputzt, die Pflegeprodukte schon benutzt. Insgesamt überhaupt nicht wie auf den Bilder, im Vergleich zu einem normalen Hotel völlig überteuert. Das ganze Haus war verlassen. Wir bleiben eine Nacht und fanden dann zum Glück eine anständige Unterkunft für weniger Geld. Wir haben in 4 Wochen Sri Lanka einiges erlebt im Bezug auf Unterkünfte aber das war wirklich krass.

Helt okej men saknar det där lilla extra.

Läget är mkt bra. Nära till bra restauranger och lagom långt att gå till stranden. Önskade rum på övervåningen och fick ett rum där tv:n inte fungerade och fick byta till ett 3:e rum som var toppen. Dock fungerade inte wi-fi under hela vistelsen. Mycket dåligt då de säger att de har wi-fi. Viss personal mkt hjälpsamma och några mer ointresserade. Ett helt okej boende.

Great small new hotel!

Hotel was great and new! The pool was really nice and lead out onto the beach! The beach is rocky right outside but a 30second walk takes you onto the main beach! The room was spacious and bathroom was great too! Only thing is we stayed in room 204 and the road noise was very loud but then again they do love to honk their horn in Sri Lanka so it’s something to get used to! Breakfast was great and staff we’re all very friendly!

It was unfortunate that the hotel's listing did not inform guests that there was a new wing/extension being built. The building works meant that there were workmen about the whole day. Using the pool felt a little awkward and the eating venue was also alongside the construction as well. Need to have good airing in the bathroom and cupboards because the clothes and towels always felt pretty damp.

Boutique Hotel With Personalised Service & Comfort

Very comfortable, great service and central to all places. A boutique hotel with personalised service. Breakfast menu can be improved further by having different varieties on different days.Instead of having a buffet, since it is a small hotel better to have customized menu for guest to make choices. A laundry service would be an added advantage.
