"Hotel could not find our Expedia reservation, even though we had confirmation numbers. We had to wait over an hour for that to be resolved. Don’t know if that was a hotel problem or Expedia problem. The room was okay, but cleanliness was not top level. Hotel was undergoing renovations, so many areas like pool and fitness rooms closed. Lots of construction materials in the halls and public areas. Parking lot full of large potholes. Extremely Overpriced for the inconvenience and lack of amenities. Would not stay here again if it could be avoided. "

"Very disappointed with our stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was not clean upon arrival, and we found bugs near the bed, which was extremely concerning while traveling with a baby. We also noticed mildew/mold spots on the mattress, which made us feel very uncomfortable about the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. When we brought these concerns up, we were told we would be credited for a free night due to the issues we experienced. Instead, we only received 1,000 IHG points, which does not come close to resolving the situation or matching what was promised. I have also attempted to contact management multiple times to discuss the situation further and have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and follow-through has been just as frustrating as the condition of the room itself. Elevator was also out of service and we were on the 4th floor with a baby (not fun!) We expected much better cleanliness, customer service, and accountability from a Holiday Inn Express."

"I cannot recommend this place. While the front desk staff was friendly, the property is worn down, dirty, outdated, smells of cigarette smoke, and incredibly loud by both a main street and the freeway. Bedding has cigarette burns, microwave was dirty, stains on floor, dust/grime on every surface. Even with the a/c unit on high a d ear plugs, I could hear every car and motorcycle. Didn't sleep at all. With a little care and time, this property could be updated to align with the price, but even at this cheap price it's not worth it."
