"Everything was fantastic and the breakfast selections was plentiful"

"My first room the refrigerator didn't work. The staff was great and got me into a new room straight away. I then had a heavy water leak in the bathroom coming from the ceiling. I then found it was toilet water. The staff again took care of it, however this is too many issues for one stay. I can't justify the price I payed for such a trouble packed stay. I will be reconsidering staying at this location in the future."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with everything we needed for a great stay. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around and enjoy our trip. We were especially impressed with how attentive and accommodating everyone was throughout our visit. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in providing excellent service. From the tasty breakfast to the clean rooms! Parking was plentiful too! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Illinois. A true 5-star experience!"

"The hotel was good overall. However the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the AC in my room made an extremely loud noise when it would come on and run for the duration of time ran to keep the room at set temperature. The noise would periodically wake me out of my sleep"
