"This is the second time my family has stayed here (we like to give places the opportunity for redemption) there is literally the tiniest chance you will see a real employee here, they have a virtual kiosk to use, no answering of front desk phone or hotline, our room 221 (we ended up on the second floor) had extreme dipping in the floor and smoke residue (that gross yellowing of paint) all over the roof and walls with NO DEAD BOLT. Yelling, and music loud till 3am with no guest control, not to mention our room was dirty at check in with no room maintenance during our stay. Dont forget the broken mini fridge jimmy riged with a piece of pizzahut cardboard!!!! At check out still no employee just an array of keycards from guests who also left. My husband was basically threatened by a lady staying down the hall with two rooms (wide open doors the whole time) with a gun racked as he was merely walking back with our daughters formula in hand but no one to speak to about problems. TRY ANY OTHER HOTEL IN T OR C !"
