"Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We stayed at La Quinta in Mason. This place should be condemned and closed. Disgusting hotel. Outdated, unkept and filthy. Everything is dirty; lobby, elevators, pool area, hallways and the rooms were all substandard and gross. I had to change rooms at 1am the first night as I woke up to bed bugs crawling on me. Unacceptable and awful. How in the world was this place selected as suitable accommodations for visiting families? I witnessed another soccer family at checkin go thru three different room assignments before asking for their reservation to be cancelled because of visible mold, stained bedding and dirty rooms. Shameful."
