A great property and all the amenities we used were great (including a laundry room on 3rd floor!!) a guy called Pete greeted us daily by the lobby. "I only had 1 wash cloths and the staff didn't give me another when i asked. The room was dirty and had stains in the carpet and sofa. I had to go buy sheets so my daughter could sit down "

"It took me asking 4 times to get an iron...they now charge for parking. The attendants were not very knowledgeable...and 6 follars for a cup of coffee is ridiculous. I have been here 5 times in 8 years, i will not come back to Doubletree Boca Raton. Very disappointing. "
