If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sold us a room with no working A/C, knowing it doesn’t work. Said they were sold out of other rooms and we couldn’t change when we realized. Didn’t give us any compensation to make up for it except a box fan. Will never stay here or any Best Western ...

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
The room and hotel was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Only complaint was that the pool was very cold! To be inside I wish it was a little warmer

The location was beautiful! We had a ground floor condo listed as a one bedroom with a Murphy bed…. The bed was comfortable but the Murphy bed was a pull out couch that had a 3 inch nasty looking mattress with the cover looking like it had vomit or something all over it.
