"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

"There was a bottle of wine, some chips, some coffee and sugars to get you started on your vacation. The neighbors below and to the side were quiet. Tesco Express is just around the corner. Located at the City Center with the things we had planned to do so walking everywhere worked. The property was clean."

"A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. "Other reviews commented on staff and construction. The lower level is being remodeled for a hotel restaurant but there was no noise from it while we were there. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk easily to nearby City Hall and restaurants. Where to park was not well explained but we parked a block down on right at garage and hotel gave voucher for discount. Hotel is in beautiful Linen district and when restaurant is complete it will be amazing. "
