Poor communication beautiful property

Check-in was very vague. We were contacted via messenger on hotels.com instead of my email or phone. We didnt get it until we arrived at 18:00. There was no one at the security desk to let us in to the gate. Other than lack of communication in the beginning it was okay. Beautiful property nice and quiet. The pictures were not of the room we got...we thought we werr getting a loft style instead of apartment style.

Great location - direct beach access, and close to all amenities and or activities. Initial arrival was confusing as gate attendant was gone, but once on premises, was able to get property keys and gate pass. Property is due for updates, yet still very comfortable. Would stay at property future visits to Hilton Head Island

I feel duped...

First and foremost, this listing promoted pictures that were not the actual room.... I was choosing from much nicer places and this was BS... Very disappointed once getting into the room to see a rundown, dirty place... they market a picture of a much nicer place... also expected an ocean view that wasn't the case either...👎👎two thumbs down...
