"I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. "The staff were so kind and helpful when I arrived, and helped me with my luggage and suggestions for how to get to the city center. The hotel was clean, cool, and quiet, exactly what I needed. It was so easy to get there from the station, too. The cafe was great for snacks and drinks, and local amenities were perfect for light meals. The only down side was they had run out of ice and it was very hot, so ice would have been nice. I will certainly use this hotel again."
