But the true gem was Savleen Kaur. Her extraordinary warmth and dedicated attentiveness were beyond anything we've ever experienced in our global travels. She made our son feel uniquely special from arrival to departure and consistently ensured our comfort. Savleen alone is reason enough for us to return to this exceptional hotel."
