Once again our experience at Arthouse was very good! The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful staff and good location

Great spot for the young, beautiful, bougie crowd. Obnoxiously overpriced drinks. Room was small but clean and contemporary. Rooftop bar views were awesome. Bar staff on the rooftop need to learn better manners - the guests shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience with a side of snarkiness.

Unfortunately, our family had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. At checkout, my father was unexpectedly told that there was a significant outstanding balance on his account, despite everything having already been paid. He spent approximately 40 minutes at the front desk trying to understand the charges while being spoken to in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner in front of other guests. The most concerning part is that once my father’s assistant intervened, the situation was suddenly resolved within minutes, and the hotel provided a final statement showing a zero balance with no outstanding charges. This experience was extremely stressful, embarrassing, and unacceptable. A paying guest should never be made to feel as though he has done something wrong without a clear and accurate explanation. We sincerely hope hotel management investigates what happened and ensures that other guests are treated with greater professionalism and respect.
