Friendly staff, needs a refurb. Food 5star
"Nice clean hotel, but bedrooms very dated. Window held together with worn out cello tape. OK in the summer but I imagine cold in the winter. Shower head would not stay up and cubicle old and rusty. Plug sockets loose and TV aerial socket fell out."

Brilliant hotel
"We stayed in two rooms as a family of four, comfy beds, access to family swim, was really clean, tidy and modern. The restaurant even booked out the sofas for my son to watch the champions league on his birthday, great service would definitely stay again!"

"Paying for spa £10 each and only for 1 hour and car parking is a bit annoying but very central hotel and nice enough room . Beautiful social spaces , restaurants and bar. Spa area and gym is small but has lovely little outdoor area. Shower in room v small ."
