"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us. The inside felt cheap too. "La villa es muy bonita y el sitio es increible. Pero le falta mucha calidad. Para el precio que tiene, uno se espera algo cerca del lujo, no una sartén con el mango roto (tuvimos que cocinar sin el mango), una toalla rota y un poco sucia, pelos largos por la cama, el internet no funcionaba, el dispensador de jabón de manos roto, telarañas en el techo…Si es una cosa no pasa nada, pero son demasiadas."
