"The hotel was okay, but some of the staff were really bad. We started our stay very poorly, with a very grumpy and unfriendly reception at 5:30 PM. We practically had the keys thrown at us and couldn't get directions to our room, nor was there any guidance about the hotel's facilities, etc. We had been looking forward to a swim, but we never managed to find the pool due to a lack of guidance. "A hidden gem - boutique hotel, especially if you can get a room in the old building - beautiful. So wonderful to just relax in the patio and garden, and if you want to go for a bike ride, there are bikes to rent!
