"My husband uses a walker so I asked for a handicap room. The room they gave us was nowhere near handicap. No handrails in the bathroom and none in the shower. He had to use the doorknob to help himself off of the low toilet. He couldn't take a shower because of no handrails and he couldn't step over ..."
