"Kind of an awkward intro because you HAVE to call the reception listed on the sign to get into the hotel (I'm not stupid, it's not obvious that you have to do that). But once you do that, you are in. Once you get to the room, it's awesome. However, the only thing is that like most European hotels, the door to the bathroom may as well not be there because it's completely not sound proof. "Stayed 3 full nights and hotel wouldn’t to house keeping. Terrible customer service at the lunch cafe which is always empty. What really made the experience terrible was upon checking out they wouldn’t give us extra trash bag for some wet clothes we had. Stay away from this resort it’s very boring and miserable staff. I had stayed in menorca 6 times coming from NYC as it’s our family favorite travel place. "
"Honestly the best holiday I’ve been on for years. The Accomodation was affordable, adult friendly with the pool too it was great. I even missed my flight on way out to Menorca so ended up getting a later one which meant I arrived like 6 hours after check in time. So I contacted the property via phone. My Spanish wasn’t great so I didn’t get far but the property’s agent/owner (Sandra) was great she called me back, emailed me and whatsapped me the details to check in out of hours.
So honestly I won’t just be coming to Menorca again but I will be booking the same Accomodation.

"Nice large apartments, 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 terraces and a nice shared pool. Receptionist was friendly and heppy to help. Yucas homes is very well situated with easy walking to the town and beaches."
