"Very nice hotel, I was impressed about the free breakfast."

"NO BREAKFAST OFFERED. WAS SUGGESTED TO GO TO THEIR RESTAURANT WHERE 2 PLATES OF PANCAKES AND A PARFAIT WERE $60! ABSURD THAT NO BREAKFAST IS OFFERED, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAD A BALLROOM OPEN WITH COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST BUT IT WAS FOR A COMPANY DOING A CONFERENCE IN THE HOTEL, NOT FOR THE HOTEL PEOPLE. THE LADY SITTING AT A TABLE, MONITORING THE BREAKFAST, WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE TO MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER FOR WALKING INTO THE ROOM AND ATTEMPTING TO GRAB A PLATE. WE DIDN'T KNOW BUT I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THAT FOR HOW NICE, AND EXPENSIVE THIS HOTEL IS, THEY DON'T OFFER ANYTHING."

"The studio room was very clean and the beds were comfortable; linens appeared clean. The staff were very friendly during check-in. The self serve continental breakfast was okay. The muffins were on the hard side and the turkey patties wasn’t the best in my opinion. Parking for this property is in walking distance but you have to cross a street to get to the parking garage. No cash or credit/ debit cards are accepted for drinks or snacks. These items will be billed to your room. Overall, it was a good stay."

"The staff is wonderful but the room was terrible. It had a weird funk, yellow stains on the pull out mattress, toilets don't flush, and the tub didn't drain well."

"Breakfast would have been fine but they had pancakes without syrup. The pool chlorine was so strong that multiple people were coughing. Finally the big ticker, one night the fire alarm went off 4-6 times from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM. You can't sleep through high blinking lights and a screaming alarm."

"The daily breakfast menu was diverse and tasted better than expected for a continental breakfast. The valet parking was easy to use and accessing my car never took longer than five minutes. The location was directly across the street from the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, and more - a prime location for these family activities. The location was also only about one minute from I-85. The best part of the experience was the consistently kind and friendly experiences with every staff member. From the front desk to the bartender to the valet staff, we were always treated exceptionally well, greeted, given great advice about activities in Atlanta, and interacted with using great care. It was impressive! "

"Convenient location to Cumberland Mall and Truist Park. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway or staycation. Front desk staff (male) at check in didn’t explain any of the amenities or parking to us."
