We stayed overnight to catch an early ferry. Restaurant, pool and proximity to the ferry terminal were great. Unfortunately, our room was at the main road with some traffic noise and next to the bar/ billiard area with some more noise.

Conference-style hotel on w edge of town but a great location for a stopover before/after the ferry to Norway. Spacious Business room with good seating, comfy beds, nice bathroom. Buffet breakfast was outstanding in choice and quality, although a second coffee machine would have reduced wait times. Highly recommended

Sehr gutes, sauberes Hotel. Nicht so gut: Wir buchen immer über Expedia, eine Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes ist nur im Hotel direkt möglich, das finde ich nicht gut und wir haben immer ein Problem, wenn wir mit Hund reisen. Man bucht eine Kategorie und wenn man Pech hat ist eine „Hundezimmer nicht frei oder eine andere Kategorie.

Svært enkelt å hoppe av båt fra Norge om kvelden og sove her og få en nydelig frokost morgenen etter før man skal videre. Og det er godt med parkeringsplasser.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig am Ortseingang von Hirtshals. Gegenüber ist das Oceanum. Parkplätze gibt es genug. Ingesamt Machtbasis Hotel mit der großen Lobby einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Bar war geschlossen. Umkleide und Poolbereich empfand ich nicht ansprechend, aber ok. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen, waren ok aber eben fleckig und gut gebraucht. Das Bett war groß und man lag gut, etwas weich vielleicht. Bettdecke war sehr warm. Uns war das Zimmer etwas zu warm. Das Bad war sehr sauber und groß. Auch dies ist in dieJahre gekommen und könnte ein Facelift vertragen. An sich ein schönes geräumiges Hotel in guter Lage. Es sind diese Kleinigkeiten (Rost an derHeizung, verbogene Lichter, fleckiger Teppich, abgebrochen Haken, unordentliche Gardinen usw.). Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher fahren.

Stadt, Hafen, Strand und Ozeanarium in direkter Umgebung. Für uns und die Kinder als zwischen Übernachtung um weiter nach Norwegen zu fahren, perfekt. Personal freundlich, das Zimmer sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Wir würden es wieder so machen.
