"Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not get to use Spa but looks great. Breakfast was good, restaurant in different building is very nice."

"Not recommended because 1. overly complex automated check in for a tired traveler who doesnt speak german takes much longer to check in than though talking to a human, 2. Poor design of King size bed rooms are on top floor but the roof means you can hit your head getting out of bed. 3. No coffee in rooms 4. basic hotel should charge basic prices"

My only problem was we didn't realize that we had to request room service on line so we had to ask for clean towels because we missed the opportunity to have cleaning service. "
