"Property was great. Room was gorgeous. But.... In the morning, when I sat down at the desk to plan out my day's routing, I discovered that NONE of the electronics (lamp, sconce, or chargers) were working. Everything was plugged in. No one checks that the electronics are in working order ?"

"The location for our visit to Meijer Gardens was good. Although on a busy road, you avoid Downtown Grand Rapids. The room was clean & spacious. The breakfast outstanding. We didn’t take advantage of the managers reception but they served good & free drinks. Our only disappointment was that the pool was small & crowded."

"We liked our room, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean with hard wood floors. We had a mini fridge and microwave. For the most part the hotel was quiet. The staff was nice, they accommadated us by putting us close to the elevator and helped us figure out the remote to the tv in our room. Breakfast was good, they had waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, fruit, cereals and juice. All and all we would stay again."
